GKNM Hospital Conducted Bomb Threat and Response Awareness Program

On April 10, GKNM Hospital, in association with the Tamil Nadu Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad, organized a Bomb Threat & Response Awareness Program at the GKD Auditorium.

The program aimed to enhance emergency preparedness and educate hospital staff on effective response measures during critical situations. Around 200 staff members from various departments actively participated in the live demonstration session conducted by the officials.

During the session, experts explained different bomb threat scenarios, emergency evacuation procedures, and precautionary measures to be followed during high-risk situations. The live demonstrations provided practical insights into handling emergencies calmly and efficiently, helping staff strengthen their awareness and preparedness.

The initiative reflects GKNM Hospital’s continued commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals through regular awareness and safety training programs.
