- Dr. Kavya with a background in Obstetrics and gynaecology, is a specialty doctor with a growing focus in Fetal Medicine .
- Dr. Kavya completed her MBBS from Madras Medical College, Chennai, followed by Postgraduation training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (MS) from Kasturba Medical College, (Manipal Academy of Higher Education ,Karnataka).
- Early in the clinical journey, developed interest in prenatal diagnostics and advanced fetal ultrasound imaging. she persued her PostDoctoral Fellowship in Fetal Medicine from PSG IMS&R, Coimbatore.
- Completed ICMR course on Genetic Counselling at SGPGI, Lucknow
- She is committed to supporting women and families in making decisions through complex pregnancies using evidence-based, pateint centered care.

- Nuchal translucency scan, first trimester anatomy study and screening for chromosomal abnormalities , preeclampsia at 11 - 14 weeks (FMF certified)
- Anomaly scan : Detailed imaging of the fetal anatomy at 18 - 20 weeks
- Targetted organ system ultrasound evaluation including Fetal echocardiogram, neurosonogram, urosonogram and skeletal survey
