  • CANTOS study - A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, event-driven trial of quarterly subcutaneous canakinumab in the prevention of recurrent cardiovascular events among stable post-myocardial infarction patients with elevated hsCRP.
  • REDUCE-IT (Reduction of Cardiovascular Events with EPA-Intervention Trial) : A Multi-Center, Prospective, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel-Group Study to Evaluate the Effect of AMR101 on Cardiovascular Health and Mortality in Hypertriglyceridemic Patients with Cardiovascular Disease or at High Risk for Cardiovascular Disease .
  • TDE PH-310 : A Phase III, International, Multi-Center, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-controlled, Event Driven Study to Compare the Time to First Clinical Worsening in Subjects with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension receiving UT-15C in Combination with a PDE5-I or ERA Compared with a PDE5-I or ERA Alone.
