The Coimbatore Cancer Foundation(CCF) was conceived and established on 4th March, 1991 by “Padmabhushan” Shri.K. Sreenivasan, who himself was a cancer patient .
CCF is a registered charitable trust and a research institution providing counselling and support for patients and their family members in the cancer wards (VNCC) of G.Kuppusamy Naidu Memorial Hospital, Coimbatore.
Coimbatore Cancer Foundation plays a vital role in providing holistic care to our patients. The Counsellors are involved right from conducting screening programmes for cancer detection to organising end of life care for terminal cancer patients. Counselling of both patients and caregivers to help them cope with the disease, providing emotional and psychological support, financial assistance and bereavement support.
